Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Delivery Information
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Tracking is available only with USPS Priority and FedEx ground. Please note that orders over $85 will require signature upon delivery.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping costs are FREE on all orders over $1. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Standard shipping is available for the Continental US, APO and FPO addresses only (please note delivery to APO & FPO addresses may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery).
International shipping is available. A fee is applied durring check for international shipping.
Expedited shipping may be avilable. Please contact support@vagabond.com with your requests and someone from our support desk will take care of your order.
Returns
Be sure the product is returned undamaged and in its original condition. Because we are personally committed to your satisfaction, you have 14 days from the original invoice date to return unused and undamaged products for credit. Shipping is not refunded - thus we charge a $2 return fee. Refunds are issued to the same credit card used in the original transaction. If you wish to return a product for credit, here's all we ask of you:
• Pay the return shipping charges and ship to the address stated at the top left corner of the packing list (also listed below).
• Include a copy of the packing list to ensure the item(s) returned can be credited to the proper account (please allow 2-3 weeks for processing refunds).
